Help !!! Outlook issue....

Seams my daughter tried to send a big file (10MB) via Outlook and of course I am getting constant messages that the mail can't go. I tried to delete it from Outbox or move it to the deleted items but is doing nothing.

There is also this message "Outlook has already begun sending this message".

Even if I stop send/receive, I can't delete, move the file....

What's your connection speed? If it's a slower connection like 56K, the message might not have actually been bounced back yet. So you might just have to wait until the message is done being sent...in that instance, you won't be able to delete it until the message has gone through and been rejected by the server for being too large.

The other thing to try accessing your email account through webmail, if your ISP has it. Sometimes when Outlook isn't working right for me, I go to Earthlink's (my ISP) webmail page and get into my account that way.

Thanks Munkkey.....finally I decided to disable the LAN conection, forcing outlook, and then I was able to delete message.
